             Wedding Ceremonies

                Celebration Package $700

For a personally written ceremony my General Fee starts at $700 plus travel and parking and includes:

  • Completion of The Notice of Intended Marriage Form (NOIM)
  • Reservation of your specific Date and Time so that no other bookings are taken
  • My Wedding Ceremony Guide with sample ceremonies/vows/poems/ring exchange/rituals etc
  • Provision of Government Information ie: Relationship Services Information
  • All administrative costs including email and phone communication
  • Preparation of remaining legal documentation
  • Preparation of your Ceremony and provision of drafts for approval
  • Assistance and advice provided when needed
  • A run-through your ceremony prior to your wedding to make sure that everything is just right and to sign any remaining legal paperwork
  • I arrive at least ½ hour before the commencement of the Ceremony to set up and to liaise with your other suppliers
  • Copy of your personalised ceremony in a presentation folder
  • Your keepsake Marriage Certificate
  • Conducting your Ceremony according to Australian Law
  • Registering your marriage with Births Deaths and Marriages
  • Table/tablecloth and chair for signing the Marriage Register (subject to location)
  • Portable PA system ensuring audibility (if required & subject to location)
  • Change of Name Information (for Australian Residents

      Additional Costs

  • If you decide that you require an onsite wedding rehearsal to help you feel a bit calmer on the day an additional fee MAY be incurred depending on time/distance travelled and subject to availability but I will ALWAYS run through the ceremony with you at our final meeting so we can make any changes or additions and answer any questions you may have. Remember I am here to help you….
  • Travel outside Bendigo, additional fees may be incurred – please call to discuss
  • After your Wedding all couples should obtain their Official Registered Marriage Certificate from Births Deaths and Marriages ~ BDM will charge a small fee for this as outlined on their website. You will require this certificate as proof of marriage, to change your name and if applicable, Immigration purposes
  • Payment
  • A deposit of $300 is required with the balance of the fee due and payable two weeks prior to your wedding day

            Monday - Thursday Package $600
 
For those of you who are flexible with day, time and date, or if you simply want to elope. And for couples who want the basic legal requirements and just their two witnesses, this is the package for you.
 
  • Completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form
  • Reservation of your specific date and time to ensure no other bookings are taken
  • All administrative costs
  • Completion of legal paperwork
  • Registry style ceremony written and supplied for your approval
  • Your keepsake Marriage Certificate
  • Conducting the ceremony according to Australian law
  • Registering your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages
  • Table/tablecloth/chair for signing of Marriage Register (subject to location)
 
 
              Renewal of Vows Ceremonies
                                    Package $400

              Celebrate and re-affirm your love for each other!

 

Some couples may choose to reinforce their original vows by holding another ceremony, perhaps on a significant occasion such as a birthday or anniversary. 


These ceremonies, like Commitments, can also follow a similar format to the wedding service, with either the original vows or new vows being recited. Sometimes rings are exchanged, but there are no legal formalities to be addressed.
